Suggest Treatment For Bone Infection

Thankyou sir,My name is Charan ,i have bone infection at the right thigh femur since two years ,last year january i got fractured at the same femur,i have been using ayurvedic medicines from our knowned doctor's ,but there is less improvement,can u please tell me what i have to do and the treatment is ?.
