Suggest Treatment For Bottom Teeth Pain

My bottom teeth have been hurting a lot for a week. It really hurts. My teeth are crooked and my gums are swollen. It's been that way for years. I've started brushing my teeth for a couple of days and plan to never stop. How do I make the pain go away?

Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain the symptoms of crooked teeth, swollen gums along with pain can be due to deep infection in the gums leading to Gingivitis or Pericoronitis..
I would suggest you to consult a Periodontist or an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
You can be advised a deep scaling and currettage along with a course of antibiotics like Amoxicillin and Metronidazole along with anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen along with topical application of gum paint, antiseptic mouthwash gargles and also doing warm saline gargles..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
