i don t know what had happened to me,sometimes i feel really hopeless and sometimes i feel like crying without knowing the reason for that and now a days i am sleeping too much and had lost my appetite.am i suffering from depression,do i need to see a psychiatrist?
Can you mention your age/sex? All the symptoms mentioned here can suggest depression. Kindly see a psychiatrist for evaluation and management. This can be treated with antidepressant drugs, sometimes combined with psychotherapy. Meanwhile, concentrate on positive aspects of your personality, skills or career. Keep engaged with friends, have some entertainments.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
