Suggest Treatment For Bradykinesia While Having Parkinson S Disease

My husband was diagnosed 4 months with Parkinson s Disease. He sees a neurologist monthly. He is on Carbidopa/levodopa ,complex vit. B, and rivastigmine patch. He also is going through Physical TherPy program. He has an arm that he doesn t seem to use normally and I wonder will it come back? Can we re train it to be functional again?
