Suggest Treatment For Brain Damage Caused In An Accident

Hi my brother is 43 years old. He met with a road accident on Nov 2003.He is a patient of hypoxia attack. Due to improper breathing some part of his brain got damage. His present condition is like he is on bed not able to walk and even not able to speak but he is very much conscious and his memory is also fine. He also responds thru facial expression on asking some question.
