Suggest Treatment For Brain Disease

My mother is a brain disease in Iran, which do not recognize it,can you help me? she is sensitive to sound and light, sometimes.she suffered with headaches and a feeling of shock waves in the in head.Now the objects are in front of the eye to shake.she has about 7 months in the affected states.can you help me?
