Suggest Treatment For Brain Fever

my brother is admitted in hospital for brain fever for the three days but he behaves abnormally by shouting and throwing out things arrogantly.Is this one of the symptoms of brain fever...doctor also said that he can diagonise better after the mri scan of the brain but since he is not stable still,he s not cooperating to do so...kindly provide me a suitable solution to this problem
