Suggest Treatment For Brain Related Problems

my uncle always feels that her head is moving. he is too weak and looks like he is sleeping. he is handicap function by birth. last ct scan shows his left brain have some problem. many times in a day he vomit in a day. and not wanted to eat any thing. should i consult ENT specialist ?
