Suggest Treatment For Brain Stroke

My mother attacked brain stroke at 08-02-10. Now she cant speak & eating in mouth. That is her 3rd stroke. Her age is 56y. She has diabetic & blood presser. Now I want to her best treatment. Please help me where she gets best treatment.
Please provide additional information that would help us assess your requirements : It is her 3rd time stroke. 1st attack at 2002 & 2nd attack two month ago. now her condition not good.
