Suggest Treatment For Brain Stroke

My father 77years had a brain stroke on 13th jan 2011, first it was on left side which leaded to right side paralyse and next day he had a massive stroke on right side aswell but their is a movement in left hand and leg. he is still unconscious some times he opens eyes but their is no movement. pls give me your view on the present situation?
