Suggest Treatment For Brain Tumor With Fainting Spells

i have a tumour in my brain and have fainted thrice for short spells in the past 3 years. physically i am in the best of health even in my 82nd year. i am at present on levesam 500 and hosit. 2 MRI's in the past year within a span of 6 months shows that the tumour is the same. please advise on future action for complete well being.
