Suggest Treatment For Break Out Out Small Dots On My Body

I went to the urgent care earlier this week because I have been breaking out in spot over my body not a lot and they are different sizes. They were unsure of the diagnosis and prescribed me triamcinolone acetonide cream USP and the spots that look almost like something bit me started to clear up but as some clear up more appear. I m not sure what is going on.

Hi.
As per your case history you are having allergic dermatitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid using any new products like soap or perfume as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild topical steroid cream like mometasone cream on the lesions twice daily.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid like prednisone or betamethasone taken only after consulting a dermatologist.

Thanks.
