Suggest Treatment For Breakouts On Face When Diagnosed With Follicular Non-Hodgkin S Lymphoma

I have follicular non hodgkins lymphoma and have noticed a lot of breakouts on my face specifically my cheeks. I am still well and on the Watch & Wait approach. Is there any possibility that my recent issues with adult acne can be caused by my illness? I see my doctor in the middle of September and am presently at my cottage, hence my online question. Thanks in advance

Hello,

Development of acne on face may not be associated with follicular non hodgkin lymphoma although immunity is weaker while suffering from malignancy. You can take treatment for acne after consulting your dermatologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri
