Diagnosis : Ca Left Breast T2 N1 M0 with Triple Negative
Past History : Patient is known case of ca left breast and underwent left MRT + ANC on 12/05/2008 and receved 3 cycles of FEC cemotherapy follwed by 3 cycles of Docetaxel chemotherapy till 02/10/2008. She also received locale rediotherapy. then she got bilateral pulmonary metastais, so she receved 1 cycle of Docetax and Carboplatin chemotherapy and 15 weeks of Taxol cemotherapy till1 18/02/2011. She has taken 3 Cycles of Txempya and Xeloda chemotherapy with no response.

hello dear. It is unfortunate and sad to reveal that triple negative breast cancer has a poor prognosis. She has already undergone 3 lines of chemo. Further options include eribulin .....or gemcitabine in combination with platinum as platinum may be active agents in triple negative subset. Take care
