General Surgeon 's  Response
hi.

noted history of breast lump. based from your description, it may be a fibroma, fibrocystic lesion or a cystic formation. these are benign lesions of the breast which present with hormonal changes in our body (usually before and during menses). it is best if you consult with a doctor, preferably a general surgeon, for physical examination and clinical evaluation. other tumor lesions must also be ruled-out. diagnostics (breast ultrasound, mammography, tissue diagnosis) and management (medical and/or surgical if indications are found) will be directed acordingly.

hope this helps.

good day!!
