Suggest Treatment For Breast Pain During A Menstrual Period

i am a 37 and have had my tubes cut tied and burnt since 1997. Latley my periods hurt so bad that i can't get around very well. In the past few months my breast hurt so bad that it hurts to even wear a bra when I am on my period. A slight touch feels like thousands of needles poking them. Also, I have noticed that i have an inverted nipple. Please tell me what I can do to ease the pain.I have a family full of breast cancer and I have never had a mamogram.
