Suggest Treatment For Breathing Cancer

Hi, My wife has metastatic breast cancer and has had operations for brain lesions - the last not being totally successful as the site could only be scraped leaving some matter remaining. Currently due for a further screen on her liver as there is evidence of some shadow or lesion. Has been unable to defacate for some days now - more than 3 or 4. Have begun to administer Actilax. Q. Is there any chance that it may have spread to the bowel or colon and how long should we continue with medication or would you suggest a visit to our GP asap
