Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty After Broken Ribs And Partially Collapsed Lung

I had a bad fall from a horse and broke 10 ribs and 2 tranverse processes, and had a partially collapsed lung. I now have difficulty breathing at night when I lie on my left side (side with broken ribs and partially collapsed lung) and wheeze and hear crackling noises. I am better on my back and best on my right side. I cough. As soon as I get up, I am much better. What can I do?
