Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty Along With Chest Pressure

ive been having trouble breathing through my nose for the past 2 months. I cant breathe through my mouth because im not used to it, and my breathing seems to get worse whenever i go outside.I have pressure and tightness on my chest and sometimes it gets so bad to the point where my hands get tingly and i get kind of lightheaded I got my lungs and heart checked out and that was fine, i was wonering if it can be anxiety or allergies?

Thanks for your question on HCM. In my opinion you are having allergic rhinitis. In this blocked nose is the main symptoms. But I still advice you to get done ECG to rule out cardiac cause for your pressure in chest.
If this is negative than it must be allegic rhinitis. Try to follow these steps.
1. Identify the allergen and if possible try to avoid it.
2. Nasal spray containing fluticasone and azelastine. 2 puffs daily in both nostrils.
3. Oral montelukast and levocetrizine combination once daily at night.
You will start impriving in 10-15 days by above mentioned treatment.
