Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Heaviness In The Chest

My 20 year old son is recovering from what appeared top be pneumonia. He had a chest xray and blood test a few days ago and everything looked normal. However, he continues to have bouts of difficult breathing, a feeling of chest heaviness and poor circulation in his extremities. It is bedtime and he can t sleep because of his breathing difficulty. Is there something I can do for him? Do we need to go to the emergency room?

I have evaluated your query for your son in details .

* It does not mean that normal chest x-ray stamps there is nothing inside .
* He has underlying obstructive disorder involving bronchi or alveoli , must
take to ER for further work up of pulmonary function test , CT thorax or
others according to the clinician concern .

Wishing him fine recovery .
Feel free to ask any further queries .
