Suggest Treatment For Breathing Difficulty And Low BP

i have been having my period since august 31. i have been having trouble breathing tonight and i just took my blood pressure it was 107/59 and pulse was 90 while sitting in bed. should i wait for my follow up appointment on 10/9 or seek immediate care?

Thanks for your question on HCM.
In my opinion you should immediately consult gynecologist for your continuous bleeding in periods.
As this can cause blood loss and anaemia.
Due to anaemia many symptoms can occur like
1. Low BP
2. High pulse rate
3. Shortness of breath
4. Headache
5. Weakness etc.
So better to consult gynecologist.
Also get done chest x ray to rule out lung infection as lung infection can also cause hypotension and shortness of breath.
