Hi..sir i have breathing problem cough and rhinitis from three days..my eosinophill count 11.2% and 870 or .87*10^3...x ray s normal...my doctor is confused..should i start tamiflu? He also prescribed Diethylcarbarbamazine.shd i start tamiflu or wait for 4 days for diagnosis of H1N1.

It may be a bacterial infection also but taking tamiflu as precautions are good for you. take some antibiotics alsobut before taking antibiotics send a blood sample for blood culture and sensitivity and it will clearly show which bacterial infection it is
