Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problem And Pain In The Chest

Dear Sir,

My Father has breathing problem and feeling pain in chest, we have also consulted with doctor which trated him with nebulizer and gave some oral spray he felt better for two days. But today again he started feeling same problem. He feels good with Oxygen mask and nebulizer but not feels comfort with natural breathing. He also have pain in hole body. Please advise what is this and what to do for tratment.

I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, possibility of bronchitis is more likely.
Treatment of bronchitis is based on severity only the disease.
To know the severity, you're should get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
He will need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol) and tiotropium inhaler.
Oral antibiotic like azithromycin is also good.
N acetyl cystine (NAC) is also having beneficial effects (mucolytic and expectorant).
So consult pulmonologist and discuss all these.
