In your case where there is lot of productive phlegma, I would suggest you to wait for another 2-4 weeks till the drug effect would controll the aggressive inflammation from the Tubercular process in lungs. check for HIV status also,as it could be missed and could cause late response in few cases. Good High Protein /Bland Diet, Plenty of fluids Supportive symptomatic medicines-like Antibiotics to reduce secondary accompanied lung infections with Pain/ fever drugs / with Bronchodialators and vitamins would go a long way to recoup fast.
