General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Fatigue may be related to: (1) anemia - low red cell mass
(2)chronic medical conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, kidney or liver disease
(3)infections- it is possible you may be experiencing early symptoms of infection
(4)depression
(5)side effect of medication
(6)inadequate sleep

You may want to consider visiting your doctor to determine the likely cause.

I hope this helps
