Suggest Treatment For Breathing Problems, Tightness In The Chest And Heart And Headaches

Hi I have been dealing with breathing problems, tightness of chest and hart, and head aches for about 5 months. I have been going to a doctor that says I have asthma, but none of her treatments have been working. I think it might be related to stress and auto immune.
