General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your bovine tissue valve prosthesis seems to have started failing and this has resulted in symptoms suggestive of congestive heart failure. I advise you to visit your cardiologist immediately for further clinical assessment and proper management in the hospital which includes oxygen, loop diuretic (furosemide) and an ACE-inhibitor (lisinopril) under closed cardiac monitoring.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
