Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness, Intermittent Chest Tightness, Redness And Swelling In The Nose And Bleeding In Mouth After Hitting My Head

I been fealing sick for 15 days now . Shortness of breath chest tightness come and go away my membrane nose is very redness and swelling alll the time . And for 3 days now I take a hot shower and when this hot shower hit my head I taste blood and feel my moth dry and I spit blood but I don’t think it came from throat I feel it came from my roof mouths that’s the first place that I feel dry after the hot water hit my head
