Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness While Having Asthma

Hi - I have been diagnosed with asthma, but I ve never had an attack, however, I have noticed that I get out of breath easily, and when I try to run, ie job, this is quite difficult with regards to air intake. I am generally an active person, although I am about 60 lbs overweight.

Dear Patient,

there is very effective therapy available with lung sprays/inhalers such as salbutamol (makes the lungs "wider") and also other sprays if necessary which i stronly suggest you should get perscribed. See your gp first, he will know about it and can do a basic lung performance test to see what kind of spray you need. With the spray you have a very good chance to feel and breathe a lot better. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
