Suggest Treatment For Breathlessness

Hello doctor. Am suffering from breathlessness for the past 1month i took all the test and check ups my report says am normal and healthy. But i feel discomfort in breathing and there is a mild pain in my chest i find it as a kind of block which is not allowing me to breath normal. I dont have asthma or wheezing. Please suggest me some remedies. Thank you

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this could be functional condition and anxiety and depression may be the cause of this and in my opinion you really need to keep the stress level very low to get rid of this problem, take care and have a nice day.
