Suggest Treatment For Brittle Thumb Nail

Hi there, my name is Nicole. I am a 31 year old, generally health woman.. I have just noticed on my left thumb, that my nail seems to be almost sinking in, near the cuticle area.. Is this something I should be concerned about, or is it something common?? Thank you in advance!!

HI
Well come to HCM
Such condition may indication if paronychia, and this would be confirmed with helps of clinical examination till then this can be managed with anti-inflammatory drugs if this is paining, some this could be due to ingrowing of nail in either condition physical examination is very necessary, hope this information helps, take care.
