Suggest Treatment For Broken Femur

I am a bka, fell in April of this year and broke my femur. Doctor will not fix the brake due to osteoporosis. Now stuck in wheelchair, why cant i find a doctor to fix the bone? It was displaced and broke in three areas, he said I will not be able to walk due to my leg will not hold me. Is there any help for me to walk?
