Suggest Treatment For Broken Hymen In Case Of Septate Vagina

i have a septate hymen and had sex for the first time last night. (sorry if this gets a bit graphic) i showered and i can see and feel a piece of tissue i guess hymen protruding from my vaginal opening. i believe that when he broke me, he only broke one end and the other end is still attached and kind of... hanging there. what should i do?
