Suggest Treatment For Broken Tib And Fib
My 79 yr old Mom broke her tib & fib and knee cap on saturday. since then she has had 6 blood transfusions. some because her BP was very low (94/43) and some because her hemoglobin is low (8). She's diabetic with a heart defribulator. I'm worried about the transfusions. why so many? what are some issues to watch out for?
