Suggest Treatment For Broken Zygomatic Bone

I have a broken zygomatic bone. As a result i have a flattened malar which is asymmetrical with the other side and i have a bony step below my left orbital ridge. I am having surgery on monday. Im told i'll have to have plates put in. My question is, can they make my malar stick out again like the other side, how it used to be?
