thanks for your question
i completely understand your question
bronchial asthma is a disease of cough , wheeze , allergy , chest tighness , seasonal change , breathlessness.
basic treatment as per guidelines or corner stone for management is inhaled
corticosteroids.
there is a step up therapy as per parient to patient and as per increasing symptoms
you need to
consult a pulmonologist who can step up the therapy by increasing the frequency and dose of inhaled medications
normal adult dose is 500 micrograms for adult in bd dose.
pulmonologist may prescribe a combination of inhaled beta2 agonist and inhaled steroids like
formoterol and
fluticasone deig delivery and how you take the inhaler matters the most if tecnique of taking the inhaler is not rogjt drug will not reach the airways and effect will not be there so forat check and learn the accurate technique and consult a pulmonologist
