Suggest Treatment For Bronchities
hello i m hira 55 yrs old i m in cough so i do x-ray n report of my x-ray is: patchy shadow with cystic chanmge (bronchities) are seen both lower n right upper zone pulmonary infection plz suggest what can i do i m not intrested in ct scan b/c i m heart patient n perform my bypass in 2000 n i m also suger patient i m very worried plzzz help

As per your history, you may require antibiotic tab. cepfodoxime after consultation.
You may also require tab. acetaminophen, cough syp. comtaining bromhexine and guanafensin.
Do saline water gargles or betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation.
