Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis And Upper Respiratory Infection
I was diagnosed with residuary bronchitis. Two months ago while in Italy I contracted an upper respiratory infection and it seemed like it was beginning to clear up, but I coughed for a good two months and my lungs felt like they were wheezing. My doctor took a lung X-Ray and it looks okay, so he prescribed a bronchial inhaler to use for the next few weeks. It seems like it is kicking in, but I wonder to myself if I go off of it when it is finished what is going to happen to me and I have had three major respiratory infections in the past 11 months. I have had the regular Pneumonia Shot twice once 24 years ago after suffering a massive misdiagnosed pneumonia and again several years ago. I also get the senior flu booster shot annually and am a non-smoker. What are your thoughts on what I just described to you in regard to these more frequent on going battles with upper respiratory/bronchial infections which are very hard to shake?
