Suggest Treatment For Bronchitis

I .have had a recurrence of costocondritis for the past 6 months. I originally had it a few years ago after severe coughing and bronchitis. I have tried physical therapy with ultrasound and estim and exercises that eased the pain for awhile along with taking Aleve, Motrin, etc icing and heat help temporarity. I also tried voltaren gel. It gets a little better then I unknowingly do something to aggravate it and it s back with a vengeance. Sleeping is very painful and difficult. I have seen my internist, orthopedist and a pain management Dr who suggested injections that I am reluctant to try. I am normally a very active person going to the gym 3 to 4 times a week but now not able to go to the classes I love. In my case it is on my right side. I am really frustrated and cannot find a Dr that can solve this, I have had chest xrays and MRI on spine as well. What do you suggest? I need help and cannot find anyone who specializes in this. Thanks for reading this I would really appreciate any guidance you can give me.

Hello

In your case a chest x ray and some blood tests are needed (CRP hemogram)

After the results it will be the correct treatment.

Regards
