Hi
It seems like you are having what is called hematospermia. The common causes are prostate infection and prostate cancer(risk of cancer depends on your age) and very rarely cancer of testis.
I would recommend submitting a sample of urine and also semen for culture and sensitivity, get an ultrasound of urinary tract and testicle and also blood test called PSA.
Treatment would depend on the results of these tests. Until then I would advice using condoms during inercourse.
