Suggest Treatment For Brown Clumpy Discharge After Periods

three weeks ago i started my period as as usual, the next week i started it again but its was light so i didnt think anything of it but now its been 3 weeks and its a brown and very clumpy. i dont have cramps or anything but its getting hevery instead of lighter and its small clumps not like blood clots, its alot and very small clumps. should i be worried?
