Suggest Treatment For Brown Colored Vaginal Discharge

Hi, I'm a 25 year old female, 5'6" 228 lbs and I was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I have been on the same dosage of 50 mcg a day for the past 3 months and recently (within the week) I've been having strange vaginal discharge. It started out with a few congealed bits of what I assumed was old blood (day 1 and 2) and now it has become a copper/brown color that smells of ...copper. Early this week I had some abdominal cramping and diarrhea, but both have since subsided. My period isn't due for another 2 weeks and my body temperature has been regular.
