Thank you. My wife just had surgery two months ago. She suffers from endometriosis we ve having intercourse after the doctor gave the okay to do. and so we proceeded to make a baby. now her period was done on the 22nd ever since then she s been having this brown discharged ever since. are we pregnant

It does not seem to be pregnancy. Anyway, I recommend performing an abdominal ultrasound and a colposcopy in order to check that everything is okay. A PAP test may be needed.
