Suggest Treatment For Brown Vaginal Discharge

I have yellowish and slightly green discharge. But no odour. I found that i have white things in my vagina.I have bought several types of antibiotics at over the counter pharmacy such as fluconazole,metronidazole but it doesnt solve my problem. Few days ago i discovered i have brown clumpy discharge..with no odour.. Help3!!!
