Suggest Treatment For Brownish Vaginal Discharge

Hi, I've had a change in my normal vaginal discharge. It is yellow and I've had it for about 5 days now. This morning it turned a brownish yellow colour. It's odourless and I don't feel any pain or stinging upon urination. I have also noticed a metallic taste at the back of my throat and a slight increase in mucous production. Thank you Dr Jain
