Suggest Treatment For Bruise In My Right Eye

I m 54 yr old female, 5 2 , 344, pre-diabetic, cholesterol 188, triglicerites 94, - all blood in excellent condition. This morning I washed my face with a wash cloth and my eye hurt and it felt like I bent my eyelashes in under my lid so I thought i was too aggressive. It kept hurting a little bit so I looked closer and found this fluid pocket with blood filling the white on the outside of my right eye and it kinda bulges out onto the lid. I m worried what caused it, how to fix it, and will it damage my eye.

It appears to be conjunctiva l injury filled with blood. You can give ice compression. it should subside and get absorbed. However you can get it examined by eye doctor for confirmation and take treatment according to hi advise.
