Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Eyelid And Nausea Caused After An Injury

I was on holidays a week ago and whilst swimming fast i hit my temple on the edge of the pool at full speed it was rock edging no rubber edging. It swelled up applied ice. My eyelid is bruised but where i hit my temple has a lump type. On and off have nausea and irritable.
