Suggest Treatment For Bruise On Foot Due To Broken Fifth Metatarsal

I broke my fifth metatarsal last Thursday and I am able to move around in a walking boot fine. I am developing a lot of bruising on the top and bottom of my foot that is hardly noticeable in the morning but worsens as the day progresses. Should I be concerned?
