Suggest Treatment For Bruised Line On Feet After Injury

I stepped on a broken beer bottle piece on New Years And my foot was bleeding bad I had to be held down by people to stick tweezers in to get it out. They claimed they got it out but it s been a few days now and I still can t walk on it it s red and has a bruised line going across to the side now. What should I do?

keep it clean with savlon,
apply' betadine' twice a day ,
