Suggest Treatment For Bruised/swollen Ankle With Calf Muscle Pain

i was playing football and my calf muscle was feeling tight, i came to a sudden stop and felt a sharp stabbing pain on the inside of my ankle towards the ball of my foot. Over the next couple of hours the ankle swelled and had slight bruising. Now the pain is localised at the back of my calf muscle and i am struggling to walk.. thank you.
